Terms: Cancellation & Refund Policy

Investment Amount of $6595 if Paid in Full at Registration (For Pay Over Time: $6795) Payment Options:  

• Full Payment at Registration:  Pay the full $6595 at registration
• Four Payments:  Pay $1995 at registration to reserve your spot, with three additional monthly payments of  $1600 (Includes processing fee for payment over time)

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. Registration tour includes a non-refundable fee of $500.
2. Should a registrant cancel participation within 45 to 90 days of the Tour, they will be refunded 75% of the cost, less the $500 non-refundable fee.
3. Should a registrant cancel participation within 31 to 44 days of the Tour, they will be refunded 50% of the cost, less the $500 non-refundable fee.
4. Should a registrant cancel with less than thirty days before departure (November 5, 2026) no refund is available.
